  3. It is very interesting, but it would be even more interesting to know what methodology was used to assemble a list that puts Minnesota at #1 and Pennsylvania at #20.

  4. This list is inherently controversial. It also makes me wonder what blind spots are in my music knowledge that would make certain states higher on the list. Is it polka music, for example?
