The Whig Theory is the idea that civilization involves a steady progress of institutions. The swimwear example certainly applies.Wearing a wet swimsuit is unpleasant when you're out of the water. Wearing a smaller one is therefore less unpleasant.Going topfree is the next step in cultural evolution!

There is a point where brevity is in bad taste. The two examples on the left are, in my opinion. No respectable woman would wear something like that,Who is Angelique?
I see nothing wrong with bikinis. I avoid string bikinis because I surf and don't want to lose some of it.
I'm all for toplessness as the next step!
